  Thank you to everyone who contributed and attended the Roman Fields Community event and for making it such a success!  A special thank you to The Mayor of Dacorum: William Allen and to Tesco for their continued support and the £1,500 cheque awarded from their Community Grant.

  Following a three day assessment of our practice back in January 2023. We are pleased to share the report with you. 

   

  There were some lovely comments from the assessor I will share just one - 'outcomes for young people at Roman Fields are exceptional.'

• James Marks Academy opening soon

  We are delighted to announce that the Secretary of State for Education has approved the opening of the James Marks Academy from September 2023. Initially the JMA will open on the Roman Fields site for just 20 pupils, as a temporary arrangement. When the brand new purpose built school in Welwyn is ready in September 2024, these pupils will be transferred to their new site, where they will join others. Our thanks to all stakeholders for their support.
