James Marks Academy Trust is a new and exciting multi academy Trust that formed in April, 2021. It is based in Hertfordshire, Roman Fields was the first academy in the Trust and was established more than a decade ago, Forest House Education centre joined in 2022, with our latest academy the JMA opening in September, 2023. 

Our founding school, Roman Fields, was graded as outstanding by Ofsted in January, 2019, which is our latest report.  In 2023, NAS awarded Roman Fields 'Specialist Advanced' status following their assessment of our practice.

We are AMBITIOUS and want every pupil and staff member to both reach their full potential and enjoy working collaboratively with us.

Staff wellbeing is paramount, especially during these recent stressful times which have required seismic changes to the way we both live and work. Staff feedback at RF has always been overwhelmingly positive, with colleagues feeling supported both practically and emotionally, allowing them to carry on doing the best by every pupil.
